This review is from someone who had not visited the dentist for 24 years 😱 I was terrified of the Dentist I am 62 and in my day we had gas and air and an old miserable old man who was rough with you even as a child hence my fear . Andy at No 4 and Karen have been amazing I had 8 composite filling today , I have been worrying for days about this and even have to get my husband to get me there. Right from sitting in the chair Andy was very kind gentle and Karen asking if I was comfortable explaining every step of what they were about to do . Hour and 15 mins later finished and I was fine no pain and a fantastic job. Honestly I thought I’d be running out of that chair as soon as they had finished but been as I was there strike why the Iorn is hot I got another filling done one I was going to go back for !!!😱so happy and can not thank you enough at making me feel brave and calm . All the staff are kind, friendly and approachable. Andy took time to explain my dental scans etc and gave me time consider the options available to me without any pressure. I am so glad I found No.4 Dental studio. Luisa made me feel so welcome on the phone and on arriving for the first time at the studio. Andy made me feel very comfortable and confident in his professional expertise. I can quite honestly say I have never in all my life had anyone do such a thorough examination and his attention to detail was outstanding. I had my teeth scanned and photographed and an Xray. Andy did not rush the process spending time explaining about my teeth, their present state and giving me chance to ask questions. Without his care and attention to detail I would not have been aware of some serious issues arising. As a Nutritionist I know of the importance of good oral hygiene, however the stress of life means we don't always practice what we preach. I am now going to be able to save my teeth due to Andy's care and diligence, plus get back into healthy practice myself. I highly recommend you pay Andy and Luisa a visit, as you will not regret it and the health of our teeth reflect the health of our body, and mind. Recently found this new dental practice in Ripon. Have seen both the dentist and hygienist and have received first class service, honest assessment and advice, courteous and professional treatment. Xrays, a pain free large filling and deep clean was reasonably priced considering the high standard of treatment. Happy to return for my next checkup.
